I may be sick, but I’ve kept busy. Not writing fiction, necessarily, but still writing. I started a second blog, MyGutsForGarters, all about my experience as a first-time Ulcerative Colitis…patient, I guess you’d call me. (Sufferer? Victim?) It’s given me an outlet for all of the stress, confusion and dark humor that comes with this disease. And it actually has followers, which goes to show you – people are more comfortable reading about poop than they are listening to an angsty writer. Who knew?
